Refund Policy

Please read the information below for details on our refund deadlines and policies.

Please also note that we treat violations of our Terms of Service very seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to users who violate these or other AppScenic Academy policies, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period. 

Our 14-Day Refund Policy

If the course you purchased is not what you expected, you can request a refund, within 14 days of purchasing that content, without giving any reasons. 

To get a refund of your Yearly or Lifetime plan, you need to submit a refund request by contacting us at [email protected] within 14 days of your payment. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you should inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement. You may use the below model form, but it is not obligatory.

You can only submit the model form electronically to us at [email protected]. You have exercised your right of withdrawal within the 14-day withdrawal period if the communication is sent by you before that period has expired. The exercise of the right of withdrawal terminates the obligations of the parties to perform the services. 

If you withdraw, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to rescind the services in accordance with this clause. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

You will get a full refund minus the transaction fees charged by the payment processor (Stripe). The transaction fee depends based on the country where the credit/debit card was issued. You can check all Stripe fees here. The transaction fee can’t be more than 5% plus 30 cents (USD).

No refund is due to you if you request it after the 14-day guarantee time limit has passed. So, if you do not cancel during this 14-day period, you will be billed the full amount for the plan you signed up for and are therefore unable to request a refund. 

At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you’ve previously refunded the content, we reserve the right to deny your refund, restrict you from other future refunds, ban your account, and/or restrict all future use of the Services. If we ban your account or disable your access to the content due to your violation of these Terms, you will not be eligible to receive a refund.
